Delivery

Free delivery on all orders to the UK over £20 

We normally expect to dispatch orders fulfilled by Durance within 1 working day. However, during special holidays such as Christmas, this may take up to 3-5 days to dispatch.

• Standard – 2-5 working days from dispatch, excludes Bank Holidays*
• Next-Day – Orders placed before 12pm, excludes weekends and Bank Holidays*
• Standard shipping delivery charges:£3.95
• Order below £25 – we will charge £3.95
• Order above £25 – Free
• Next day shipping delivery charges: £5.99

**Notes on Next Day Delivery:

Next day delivery is only available to Mainland UK for orders placed prior to the specified cut off time. Next day deliveries arrive the next day for orders placed by 12pm Monday-Friday, excludes Bank Holidays.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider (Stripe) we also accept payment through PayPal.

Returns

For NON SALE items, if you change your mind, we will happily exchange or credit items provided they are in perfect condition and still in their original, undamaged packaging.

We cannot accept returns for reduced/sale items.

The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours, we will either refund your goods or replace them if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us), for any reason, up until the point of dispatch.

If you do cancel the contract (your order) within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
