Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched the next working day usually by, or Royal Mail 1st Class (for smaller items).
For most items we charge a flat rate fee of £3.50 (£5.50 for some larger items) for destinations within the UK mainland (excluding Channel Islands & Islands) smaller items are charged at a flat rate of £1.75 and we use Royal Mail 1st Class (non tracked).

We are unable to ship outside of the UK, for overseas customers, please go to either or for more information. Alternatively please contact us so we can help you find your local website.


We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider (Stripe) we also accept payment through PayPal.


For NON SALE items, if you change your mind, we will happily exchange or credit items provided they are in perfect condition and still in their original, undamaged packaging.

We cannot accept returns for reduced/sale items.

The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.


If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours, we will either refund your goods or replace them if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.


You may cancel your order (once accepted by us), for any reason, up until the point of dispatch.

If you do cancel the contract (your order) within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
