• Processing: Once we receive your return request, we will process it within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirming the processing of your return request along with a valid receipt.
• Return Instructions: Please return the product to the following address using standard Royal Mail and provide us with the tracking number: Unit 4, Innovation Park, 89 Manor Farm Rd, Wembley HA0 1BA, United Kingdom.

Once the stock is received, we will process the refund.
