Welcome to our Reward Points Program! Here’s everything you need to know about how to earn, redeem, and manage your points:
Earning Points:
- Product Purchases: Earn 1 point for every £1 spent on product purchases. Points are assigned when your order is completed, payment is processed, and the order is in the processing stage.
- Order Bonuses: Receive 10 points with every order you place.
- Order Amount Bonus: Earn 50 points when your order total reaches £150.
- Product Reviews: Leave a product review and earn 3 points per review.
- Registration Bonus: Get 100 points just for signing up.
- Birthday Bonus: Celebrate your special day with an extra 150 points.
- Get an additional 100 points when you earn 500 points.
Points Management:
- Cancelled Orders: Points from cancelled orders will be deducted.
- Coupons: Points will not be assigned based on the full order amount if a coupon is used.
- Points Rounding: We round up points to ensure you get the most from your purchases.
Redeeming Points:
- Conversion Rate: 100 points are equivalent to £1.
- Maximum Discount: You can redeem up to £5 (500 points) per order.
- Minimum Cart Amount: Points can only be redeemed on orders of £10 or more.
Notification Settings:
- Expiration Reminder: We’ll send you an email reminder 10 days before your points expire.
- Points Update Notification: Receive an email notification as soon as your points are updated.
